SS106 is a fully automatic UV/LED screen printing machine designed for round productsproviding higher productivity and unparalleled value, providing printing cosmetic bottles, winebottles, plastic/glass bottles, iars, hard tubes, soft tube.
SS106 fully automatic screen printing machine is equipped with inovance brand servo system andcontrol system. The electrical part uses Omron (Japan) or Schneider (France), the pneumatic partuses SMC (Japan) or Airtac (France), and the CCD vision system makes color registration moreprecise.
UV/LED screen printing inks are automatically cured via high-power UV lamps or LED curing systems located behind each printing station. After loading the object, there is a pre-flaming station or dusting/cleaning station (optional) to ensure high-quality print results and fewer defects.

Auto loading→ CCD registration→Flame treatment→1st color screen print→ UV curing 1st color→ 2nd color screen print→ UV curing 2nd color……→Auto unloading
