This automatic silk screen assembly machine line is suitable for printing and assembling medical syringes. It adopts a vibrating feeding system according to the characteristics of the syringe. The appropriate feeding system can be customized according to different sizes to achieve fully automatic printing and assembly, saving time. Reduce workers and save costs, the speed reaches 40 pieces/min, the touch screen adjusts parameters, and the operation is simple. The screen printing machine and assembly machine can be used in combination or separately for flexible usage.
This model is designed for syringe assembly, can be connected to the screen printing machine, first printing and then assembly, printing and assembly of one, reducing the operation process, saving labor.
Syringe assembly Process:
Out cover auto loading--inner part auto loading--pressing detect--Assembled product detect unloading--unfinished product detect and unloading.
