SS106 automatic screen printing machine working process:
Auto loading→ CCD registration→Flame treatment→1st color screen print→ UV curing 1st color→ 2nd color screen print→ UV curing 2nd color……→Auto unloading

The machine SS106 is designed for multi colours decoration of plastic/glass bottles, wine caps, jars, tubes at high production speeds.
It is suitable for bottles printing with UV ink. And it is capable of printing cylindrical containers with or without registration point.
